Energy-Efficient Technologies and Manufacturing Best Practices
IEF continually invests in state-of-the-art machinery that optimizes energy use and minimizes waste. By implementing energy-saving measures and upgrading equipment, we significantly reduce energy consumption associated with film production.
We are also proud to be partners in several programs aimed at supporting environmentally responsible manufacturing best practices, including Operation Clean Sweep which is an industry-led program aimed at eliminating plastic resin loss during operations.
Our facilities follow strict environmental guidelines to ensure minimal impact on the surrounding environment. From waste reduction programs to water conservation efforts, we are committed to sustainable practices at every level of our operations.
We also seek out opportunities to collaborate on sustainable operations with our customers. For example, our Prattville, Alabama location has implemented an innovative packaging “buy back” program with a customer, where packaging materials and pallets are returned by the customer to be safely re-used multiple times over.
For businesses seeking reliable, high-quality packaging solutions that align with sustainability goals, IEF stands ready to deliver. Contact an IEF representative today to learn more about how our sustainable initiatives can help you achieve your environmental goals while meeting your packaging needs.
At IEF, It's About the Film.
