Narrow tubing
Narrow tubing is a niche film market, to which IEF has a rich history of commitment. We manufacture narrow web films, with and without gussets, for narrow web film applications.
IEF tubing features:
- Made in gauges from 70 GSM to 110 GSM
- Tubing face widths range between 10 and 29 inches
- Gusset widths range from 4 to 8 inches
Tubing for pipe wrap:
- Used extensively as quality encasement films for corrosion control for buried ductile and grey iron pipes
- Meets ANSI/AWWA C105/A21.5 American National Standard
Tubing for form, fill and seal:
- Reduces broken bag rate; increases production yield when used with Form-Fill-Seal (FFS) machines
- Compatible with most brand name FFS machines
- Proven reliability with heat-seal ability ensures a perfect form, fill and seal
- Ability to reduce gauge by up to two thirds compared to regular LDPE film translates to less material, less roll changes, less storage, more customer savings
